'Aumakua Hawai'i differs from many other charities in a very distinctive way.  Instead of soliciting donations, we receive disbursements from our for-profit companies to support our charitable programs.  This method gives us the flexibility to adapt to market conditions and balance revenue-generating activities with our core charitable mission.  Our dual purpose of meeting social goals while generating revenue demonstrates our commitment to financial accountability.
